What You Need to Get Started
To personalize and create your own First National Bank debit card you must have an existing First National Bank debit card. Your debit card must start with this series of numbers - 5144 0284. Contact a First National Bank Representative with any questions or for assistance.
Requirements and Fees
- Unless waived as part of a promotion or part of your deposit account type, there is a $15 fee for purchasing a "Take Your Pic" photo debit card. The $15 fee will be charged to your account each time you submit a new image and First National Bank issues a new "Take Your Pic" photo debit card
- Continue using your standard debit card until your "Take Your Pic" photo debit card arrives. An existing First National Bank checking account relationship is required.
- Please allow 10 - 14 days to receive your First National Bank "Take Your Pic" debit card.
